The Dogtra Surestim M Plus remote/ transmitter is a replacement for damaged or lost units.

Required Information:

Customers ordering replacement Transmitters must include the following information from the Receiver-Collar(s) in the "Customer Notes" section at the bottom of the "Checkout Page":

• Serial Number
• 3 Digit Frequency Code
• Letter (A,B,C,D) - Located under strap

Due to the high volume of customers losing transmitters, purchasing replacements and returning them after finding their lost transmitter - any returned transmitters will incur a 50% restocking fee.
