Replacement for damaged or lost units.

Required Information: Customers ordering a replacement Transmitter for the 1902 NCP must include the following information from the Receiver-Collars in the above text box:

• Serial Number 
• 3 Digit Frequency Code

Example:

Serial #: xxxxx - Black Receiver = xxx / Orange Receiver = xxx

Due to the high volume of customers losing transmitters, purchasing replacements and returning them after finding their lost transmitter - any returned transmitters will incur a 50% restocking fee.
